Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Payment Terms: Payment is required before delivery or service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers (EFT), credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are subject to product availability and pricing changes.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location, package weight, and selected delivery method. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
Collection: Products may be collected from our premises during business hours by prior arrangement.
Return Policy: Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Custom-configured products, opened software, and special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Process: Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Product Warranties: Hardware products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty policies.
Service Guarantees: We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from service completion. If issues arise due to our work, we will rectify them at no additional charge.
Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranties are void if products are serviced by unauthorized parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archmade IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain adequate data backups or security measures.
